Ingredients to make Mutton Curry Recipe
● Mutton 1/2 kg
● Spinach (Palak) 1 cup
● Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
● Shah jeera 1 tsp
● Coriander powder 1 tbsp
● Mint leaves 1/6 cup
● Poppy seeds paste 2 tbsp
● Coconut paste 1/2 cup
● Green chilies 10
● Onions 2
● Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
● Coriander leaves 1/6 cup
● Curd 1/4 cup
● Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
● Oil 10 tbsp
● Salt to taste
● Water for use
How to prepare a Mutton Curry recipe?
First, you need to take a cooker and add mutton to it. Into the same as turmeric powder and salt. Then you close the lid and let it boil for 2 vessels. Once it is boiled, keep it on the side.
Take a mixing jar and add mint leaves, spinach leaves, green chilies, and coriander leaves along with water & make a smooth paste.
Now take a frying pan or wok, add oil. Once it is heated add ginger garlic paste, shah jeera, chopped onions. Fry it for 5 minutes.
Add in the mutton pieces, which you have boiled earlier, and mix them. Add in the fresh curry leaves and mix it properly. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
Mix it once and add coconut paste, poppy seeds paste and mix. Let it fry, till the oil oozes out.
Make sure the curd is at room temperature, add it into the mixture with salt, and spinach paste. Mix it for 5 minutes and you will smell good food.
After 5 minutes, add water (1 glass) and mix it. Add coriander powder and cover it with a lid. Let it boil for 10 minutes so that it gets the perfect aroma.
Open the lid and give it a mix. By this time, the curry is cooked and you can add garam masala. Mix it and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Add in coriander leaves.
